The latest 3.4 release includes 11 new templates: Timetable Changes, Back to School, General Announcement, Student Celebration, Simple Celebration, Event, Weekly Events, Upcoming Events, Simple Announcement, Class Schedule, Classroom Changes.

To add a template:

1. Edit a playlist in Vivi Central

2. Choose Templates on the top left

3. Choose a Template

4. Press “Okay” to open the Template editor

5. In the Template editor, you can modify text, background colours, and images in the template to design your content for Digital Signage.

   1. You can press preview to see a preview of your current design.

   2. You can press the portrait/landscape switcher to view your design in a different layout.

   3. You can press save to save your template settings and return to Digital Signage.
