Clipboard - copies the current page to the clipboard so that it can be pasted into another app.
Save to Device - saves the current page to the device.
Set Background Image - allows the user to load a background image which will apply to all pages.

Clear All - clears all pages in the whiteboard.
Save To Cloud - saves the current page to Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, or Microsoft OneNote.
Shrink Window - exits full screen mode.
Present My Screen - begins sharing the user’s screen to the classroom display. This button can be long pressed to access Split Screen (refer to section 3.10 for further information).
If currently sharing, the Present My Screen button will not be present and instead, the following buttons will be available.
Student Feedback - begin an Assessment or a Poll (refer to section 3.9 for further information).
Stop Presenting - stops presenting the user’s screen to the classroom display.
Pause - freezes the classroom display.Toggle Full Screen - Toggles between full screen and windowed mode.
Sharing Controls - Allows the presenter to share their whiteboard to the Vivi display, pause and resume their screen share, and stop sharing.
In the middle of the screen on the left and right sides of the tool, you will find:
Pagination Controls - Allows the presenter to quickly step through their pages (boards). Vivi’s Whiteboard tool contains 50 pages.

Select - select, move, resize, and rotate elements on the page.
Pen - freehand drawing tool.Insert Text - allows for typed text to be placed on the page.
Highlighter - freehand, semi-transparent drawing tool.
Draw Shapes - allows for shapes to be placed on the page including rectangles, circles/ovals, and lines
Insert Text - allows for typed text to be placed on the page.
Eraser - removes individual elements from the page.
Stroke Width - alters the width of lines for Pen, Highlighter and Shapes.
Select Colour - alters the colour of different tools.
Clear Whiteboard - clears that individual page.

Additional Options - opens a submenu with additional options shown below.

The Select Background feature allows teachers and students to add whiteboard backgrounds from Vivi’s whiteboard background library, allowing them to select from educational whiteboard backgrounds to enable different academic tasks, and improve note-taking.
