What if I want to limit administrative staff to have limited access to Vivi Centralchange the slides?
If you give your admin staffer access to the PowerPoint deck on OneDrive, any changes they make will show up in the digital signage (default 3600-second refresh check). This can be set between 60-3600 seconds.
What if I want to have a set group of slides for each area (Gym, Hallways, Cafeteria)?
You can go ahead and create Create a PowerPoint deck on OneDrive and put it as the first item in your signage. An An admin staffer can update this deck daily, and it will push out to the specified destinations. This This can be done for each area with signage specific to these rooms (athletic meets/events, weather, lunch menu for the day).
