The Vivi solution differentiates between 'Disconnected' (where the Box has been unpluggedis not connected to the network) versus 'Offline' (where Internet connectivity is unavailable)
An appropriate message will be displayed above the Room Name on the Splash screen.
Once teachers and students are logged in to Vivi, they won't experience a disruption to Vivi screen sharing if Internet connectivity is lost.
- Your organisation must use firmware version 1.8.1 on the Vivi Boxes, and version 2.12.3 or later of the Vivi App for this feature to function.
- The Video Direct feature will work if Vivi's cloud infrastructure is unavailable. If there is an Internet outage, Video Direct will not work.
- The following features are not supported in Offline Mode:
