o use Web PowerPoints with our Digital Signage platform you need to first login into your Microsoft OneDrive account and sync your account with the following steps!
Logging into OneDrive for Web PowerPoint files
Click "Media" in Vivi Central
Click the "Add Media" button on the far upper-right of your screen
Click on 'PowerPoint Web' icon. You will be prompted to log into your Microsoft OneDrive account
If your organization has a secondary authentication via the Microsoft Authenticator app you will need to approve the sign in request., You will then be able to choose from your PowerPoint Slides.
You can now select the refresh rate for slides and the transition interval.
Once the file has been successfully uploaded to Vivi Central, click the 'Done' button. The file will then be available for use in the Media Library.
Users have the option to upload Web PowerPoint files directly through the Add Content Modal when adding items to new or existing playlists or Signage.
OneDrive integration is also available for Multizone Layouts in digital Signage.

What if I want to limit administrative staff access to Vivi Central?
If you give your admin staffer access to the PowerPoint deck on OneDrive, any changes they make will show up in the digital signage (default 3600 second refresh check). This can be set between 60-3600.
What if I want to have a set group of slides for each area (Gym, Hallways, Cafeteria)?
You can go ahead and create a PowerPoint deck on OneDrive and put it as the first item in your signage. An admin staffer can update this deck daily and it will push out to the specified destinations. This can be done for each area with signage specific to these rooms (athletic meets/events, weather, lunch menu for the day).
Unlinking your OneDrive account will remove the media from Vivi Central.
