Each emergency type is assigned a default image, which is displayed whenever the emergency is triggered. These images can be customized to meet the specific needs of your organisation.
Additionally, you can configure unique images for particular rooms or locations. For instance, a designated room can display an image that directs occupants to a specific area during an evacuation.
Changing a Default Emergency Image
Navigate to the Emergencies section in Vivi Central and select the Emergency Types link. This will display a list of all emergency types configured for your organisation.
Click the name of the emergency type for which you want to update the image. This will open the details page for that emergency type.
Click Edit
Select Add Image to upload the new default image for the selected emergency type.
Assigning Alert Images to Specific Rooms or Locations
To assign a custom image to a specific room or location, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Emergencies section in Vivi Central and select the Emergency Types link. This will display a list of configured emergency types.
Click the name of the emergency type for which you want to assign a custom image.
Open the Alert Image Assignments tab.
Click Assign Alert Image. A prompt will appear asking you to specify the room and location.
Select Add Image to upload the new Image.
Click Assign Alert Image to save your changes.
