Creating Locations and Sub-locations

To create a location:

Under the Organisation menu in Vivi Central, select Locations.
Click Create Location.
Enter the name of the new location.
Click Create to create the new location.

Sub-locations can also be created. Any number of levels of sub-locations can be created.

To create a sub-location:

Under the Organisation menu in Vivi Central, select Locations.
Select an existing location and click Create Sub-location.
Enter the name of the new sub-location.
Click Create to create the new location.

The new location will now be visible in the list.

Please note that sub-locations cannot be assigned to parent locations that already have rooms, and rooms cannot be assigned directly to a mid-level location.
