Bulk Cloud Updates
IT Admins can now use Vivi’s Bulk Cloud Update feature to deploy changes to devices across their organisation without being limited by whether devices are on the local network. Display and power management configurations can now be rolled out in bulk, directly from the Vivi Central portal.
Cloud configuration is supported on firmware 3.9.0 or above.
Streamlining Device Management with Bulk Cloud Updates
Go to Configure Devices under the Devices tab.
Enable the ‘Cloud Update Enabled’ toggle.
IT Admins can now remotely update firmware and apply configurations across devices.
Select the devices you want to update.
Configure Display Settings or Power Management as needed.
Offline devices will receive updates the next time they come online.
Click on Display Settings to open a pop-up window.
Select the desired resolution, then choose a scaling option.
Click Apply for configurations to be deployed.
Scaling is only available for 200 Series devices—if both 100 and 200 Series are selected, scaling will be disabled.

Click on Power Management to open a pop-up window.
Select the desired power management mode: HDMI CEC or RS-232 Serial.
Enter the Panel Type, Source, and set the desired Active Periods.
Configure Idle Time and toggle Power On Events as desired.
Click Apply for configurations to be deployed.
