Vivi Canva App
The Vivi Canva App makes it easy to design, publish, and manage digital signage. Create with Canva, then publish directly to Vivi in just a couple of clicks.
Before you can publish from Canva to Vivi, make sure you have:
Firmware version of 3.10 or above.
A Canva account (free or paid)
IT Admin or Signage Admin roles
First-Time Setup
Press here or Open Canva and navigate to Apps
Search for "Vivi" and click "Connect" to install the app
Authenticate your Vivi account (this is a one-time setup)
Publishing Your Designs
Select the Vivi app
Complete the publishing settings:
Name: Give your signage a descriptive name
How to scale the design: Letterbox or Stretch
Display each page: Set how long to display each page for. If left blank, each page will display for 5 seconds.
Click "Publish signage"
Your design will now appear in Vivi Central under Media. You can add this content to any playlist and signage schedule.
After clicking 'Publish Signage' you will be shown another screen asking you to set the file type (Currently it can only be PDF) and also asking to set options for the exported file.
To ensure the file will play properly, be sure to choose ‘Compress PDF’ in order to reduce the file size and minimize loading times.
