Saving Your Boards
Boards are saved automatically, however the saving behaviour differs depending on how the whiteboard was launched:
Launch Method | Saving Behaviour |
|---|---|
Started from Vivi Client App | Boards are automatically saved to your device. No action required. |
Started directly from Vivi Interactive (IFP) | Click the Whiteboard on Vivi App icon, accept the board prompt when it appears, and the board will be saved to your device. |
⚠️ If you do not accept the board prompt on the Vivi App, your board will not be saved.
Accessing Saved Boards
Saved boards are stored on your local client device and are accessible the next time you launch the whiteboard from the same device
Boards are saved per teacher, on the same device they used during the session
⚠️ Important: If you log in from a different laptop or change devices, your previously saved boards will not be accessible. Boards are tied to the device they were saved on and cannot be transferred between devices at this time.
