Getting Started with Whiteboard

Launching the Whiteboard

  1. Open the Vivi Client and join your room

  2. If the Whiteboard has been enabled for your room, the Whiteboard -New icon will appear on the room dashboard as shown below

  3. Click the Whiteboard - New icon to launch

📘 Tip: Before launching the Whiteboard, you can click Share Screen first. This will automatically present the whiteboard to the IFP display.

You can also open Whiteboard first and click share button on the whiteboard itself which will share just the whiteboard.

⚠️ If the Whiteboard-New icon is not visible, the whiteboard-new may not be enabled for your room. Please contact your IT Administrator to enable it.
