Configuring Signage Audio
Signage audio can be set for an organisation, location, room, group or playlist.
To set signage audio for an organisation:
Navigate to your Organisations page on Vivi Central.
Click the “Edit” button at the top right.
Scroll down to “Signage Audio” and select either “Enabled” or “Disabled”.
Click “Save Changes”.
To set signage audio for a location:
Navigate to the location.
Click the “Edit” button on the right.
Under “Signage Audio” select either “Enabled”, “Disabled” or “Default.
Click “Save Changes”.
To set signage audio for a room:
Navigate to the room.
Click the “Edit” button at the top right.
Scroll down to “Signage Audio” and select either “Enabled”, “Disabled” or “Default”.
Click “Save Changes”.
To set signage audio for a signage group:
Navigate to the signage group.
Click the “Edit” button at the top right.
Scroll down to “Signage Audio” and select either “Enable”, “Disable” or “Default”.
Click “Save Changes”.
To set signage audio for a playlist:
Navigate to the playlist.
Click the “Edit” button at the top right.
Scroll down to “Signage Audio” and select either “Enable”, “Disable” or “Default”.
Click “Save Changes”.
