What’s in this preview release?

• Device Alerts (Additional subscription required):

  • Emergencies can trigger a full-screen alert on staff computers (Windows & macOS) that persists until acknowledged, providing a critical audit trail for compliance.

  • IT Admins can configure all emergency types to send to "Displays," "Devices," or "Both" to ensure maximum visibility.

  • This feature is an add-on and requires an active Device Alerts subscription to function.

• Configurable Power Management:

  • Added support for configurable power management profiles that can be added by our support team. These enable RS232-based configuration of power schedules and source switching for supported displays and panels.

Who does this affect?

This preview release is optional and currently supported on macOS and Windows. It is intended for early adopters who want to explore and provide feedback on these new capabilities.
