Limitations

• When the inheritance is enabled on the Manager Organisation, ALL managed organisations will inherit the Clickview Integration

• Integration is at the Manager Organisation and the flag Override Clickview Integration for Managed Organisations is enabled, then ALL Managed organisation will inherit the Clickview Integration

• ONLY ONE Managed organisation can integrate at once. Any attempts by other Managed organisations to connect to Clickview will REPLACE the existing integration and disable the previous organisation to use ClickviewClickView Integration. Currently there is not a way to exclude specific managed orgs.

• Users will see rooms in Clickview ClickView Mode from the other Managed organisations in the rooms list on the Clickview portal

  Users can distinguish their room by:

• Looking at the Organisation Name (School’s name) and their Locations

If it doesn’t list down the room the user wants to cast, use the search option to filter out

ClickView portal. Each room is clearly labelled with its associated organisation and location to minimise any confusion.
