Integrate Multiple Organisations with a ClickView Account

Manager organizations can set up a top-level ClickView integration that allows their managed organizations to inherit this integration. This option is ideal for organisations where the same ClickView account is shared across multiple schools.

In order to enable ClickView inheritance you will need to raise a ticket with Vivi Support.

When enabled the Managed organisations will see the integration as Controlled By manager organisation under the Integrations tab.

Limitations

• When the inheritance is enabled on the Manager Organisation, ALL managed organisations will inherit the ClickView Integration. There is not a way to exclude specific managed orgs.

• Users will see rooms in ClickView Mode from the other Managed organisations in the rooms list on the ClickView portal. Each room is clearly labelled with its associated organisation and location to minimise any confusion.
