Organisation Selection

When opening the Vivi app for the first time on a device, the following screen will be displayed suggesting organisations you may be looking for:

The suggestions are based on the Public IP address of the connecting user. Organisations that have recently been signed into or have active Vivi devices connected via the same Public IP address will be displayed here.

This allows teachers to quickly and easily find their organisation the first time they are signing into the app on the school network.

If your organisation does not automatically appear you can still find your organisation by clicking the ‘Find My Organisation’ button at the bottom of the page.

On this page you can find your organisation by entering an email address associated with an existing Vivi account or by entering your organisation code.

Why am I seeing other schools on this page?

There are a several reasons why you may see other schools on this page:

• If you share public IP addresses, network infrastructure or web proxies with other schools, they may also be suggested on this page.

• If you have teachers who work and use Vivi across multiple schools, these schools also may appear if they are signed into while connected on your network.
