Rooms can be created within a location. This can be done either via the "Locations " menu or the "Rooms" menu menus.

To create a new room via the "Rooms" menu:

• Under the

  menu in Vivi Central, select the

• Click

  Create Room

• Select a location

  dropdown menu.

• Enter the name of the room.

• Click

  create the

  changes

  new room.

The room will be created within in the selected location that was selected.

Once created, the room "Details" screen will be displayed and the details can be edited.

After creating the room, the Room Details screen will appear, where you can edit its settings. For more information on available configuration options, refer to the Modifying Room Settings page.

To create a new room via the Locations menu:

• Under the Organisation menu in Vivi Central, select the Locations.

• Select a location from the list.

• Click Create Room.

• Enter the name of the room.

• Click Create to create the new room.

The room will be created in the selected location.
