Multizone Layouts in Digital Signage allow the screen to be divided into multiple zones, each capable of displaying different content concurrently. This allows a more flexible and engaging presentation of information. In the first phase of our multizone release, we will be providing one and two-zone layouts.

Multizone content is limited to only widgets, images, slides and PowerPoint Web in v3.8. Additional content and filetypes will be available in the second half of 2024.

Prerequisites

  • Boxes must be running firmware version 3.8 or higher

  • The IT Admin or Signage Admin role must be assigned to configure Multizone

Multizone signage does not fully occupy the screen due to the need to preserve the image's aspect ratio. As a result, space is required at the top and bottom when a widget is added to the side.
