Assigning signage permissions will allow you to delegate users access to specific signage destinations or playlists to allow for modifying and updating the content.
Delegating this access is not required for users who are assigned the Signage Admin or IT Admin role, as they will already have full access to signage across your organisation.
Assigning users to a Destination
Select the Destination.
Select the “Permissions” tab.
Search a user from the search bar.
To add the user click the “+” blue button.
Assign users to a Signage Playlist
Select the signage playlist.
Select the “Permissions” tab.
Search a user from the search bar.
To add another user click the “+” blue button.
When all required users have been selected, click the “Submit” button
