To delete an emergency type:
Go to the Emergencies menu in Vivi Central and select Emergency Types. This will display a list of all emergency types configured for your organisation.
Locate the emergency type you want to remove from the list and click the red Delete button.
This will delete the selected emergency type.
Please note the default emergency types can also be deleted.
