To modify a schedule:
- Select the "Signage" link in Vivi Central. A list of existing schedules be displayed.
- Click on the name of the schedule to modify. This will load the details for the schedule.
- At the top of the screen, the schedule management menu is displayed.
- To change the name or the date and time for the schedule
- Click the "Details" link and click "Edit".
- Update the name, date or time as required.
- Click "Save Changes".
- To modify the destination:
- Click the "Destination" link and click "Edit".
- The "Destination Type" can be set to "Signage Group" or "Room", and a new room or signage group can be selected.
- Click "Save Changes".
- To modify the playlist:
- Click the "Playlist" link and click "Edit".
- The "Playlist Type" can be set to "Playlist" or "Media", and a new playlist or media can be selected.
- Click "Save Changes".
