Hiding a Room/Location

You can now hide specific rooms or a location and all the rooms within it. This will hide it in the Vivi App rooms list from users.

For a Room

To do so you need to navigate to the room that you would like to hide via Organisation > Rooms.

Once on the specific room page that you would like to hide, click Edit

Tick the box “Hide Room”

Click “Save Changes”

For a Location

To do so you need to navigate to the Location that you would like to hide via Organisation > Locations.

Once on the specific Locations page that you would like to hide, click Edit

Tick the box “Hide Location”

Click “Save Changes”
