Granting signage permissions enables you to authorise users to manage and update the content of signage destinations or playlists.
Delegating this access is not required for users who are assigned the Signage Admin or IT Admin role, as they will already have full access to signage across your organisation.
Assigning users to a Destination
Under the Signage menu in Vivi Central, select Destinations.
Select the name of the Destination
Go to the Permissions tab.
Search the users name in the search bar
Click the + button to add the user to the permissions list
Assign users to a Signage Playlist
Under the Signage menu in Vivi Central, select Playlists.
Select the name of the Playlist
Go to the Permissions tab.
Search the users name in the search bar
Click the + button to add the user to the permissions list
