Users assigned the Signage Admin or IT Admin role will have full access to signage features within your organisation.
However you can also delegate users to have access only to specific signage destinations or playlists.
Assigning users to a Destination
Select the Destination.
Select the “Permissions” tab.
Search a user from the search bar.
To add the user click the “+” blue button.
Assign users to a Signage Playlist
Select the signage playlist.
Select the “Permissions” tab.
Search a user from the search bar.
To add another user click the “+” blue button.
When all required users have been selected, click the “Submit” button
