You can delegate access to users to setup devices using this tool without giving them full IT admin access.
This is done through creating installer codes that can be provided to users to sign into the app with.
Create Installers
Installer codes can be created in Vivi central.
Go to installation > Installers
Select the ‘Create Installer’ button in the top right of the page

The Wi-Fi Easy installer tool is available in the Vivi App for users with the IT Admin role.
You can also grant access to this tool to other users through the use of guest installer codes.
Create Installers
In the left-hand menu on Vivi Central navigate to Installation > Profiles.

On the 'Installers' page, click the 'Create Installer' button located in the top-right corner.

Next, you will be prompted to enter details for the Installer, this will . These details include a name, email (optional) an optional email address, and the period duration for which the installer code will be active for.

Installer created. this will provide a Code - give this to the installer to sign into the app (if email is provided they will receive email with details)

Select profile from list
Go to installers > Add Installers

How to Sign in as an Installer
Open Vivi App
Find organisation from list or enter Org code
Sign in as Guest
Enter the Code provided

Upon successful creation, you will be taken to the Details page for the Installer. Here, you will find a unique 4-letter Installer Code. This code can be shared with your installer users to allow them access to the tool. Additionally, this code will also be sent via email to the addresses specified during the installer setup.

After the creation of an installer, you will need to grant it access to the relevant profiles it will be using for configuration of the Vivi boxes.
Granting Installers Access to Profiles
In the left-hand menu on Vivi Central navigate to Installation > Profiles.
From the list of profiles, identify and select the profile to which you wish to grant installer access.

On the profile's page, click on the 'Installers' tab. Subsequently, select 'Add Installers'.

Choose the installer from the available list and confirm by clicking 'Submit'.

The installer will now be granted access to select this profile when using the Wi-Fi Easy Installer Tool.
How to Login with an Installer Code
The process for logging into the Vivi App using an Installer code is identical to Logging in using a Guest Code.
Once signed in the Installer will be presented the Installation screen and can start Using the Wi-Fi Easy Installer
