Wi-Fi Easy Installer

The Wi-Fi Easy Installer makes the installation process simple by allowing IT Administrators and authorised guest installers to configure the Vivi devices without needing to do any pre-installation set-up.

This tool will connect to the Vivi’s internal Wi-Fi access points to push your configuration before they are connected on your local network.

The Wi-Fi Easy Installer is available on the Windows, macOS, and Android versions of the Vivi app.
Please note that, starting with macOS Sequoia (version 15.6, released in July 2025), this feature is no longer supported due to changes in Apple’s network-access APIs.
