Emergency Management Integration

The Vivi Box is able to integrate with the emergency management features of other products. To do this, a URL link can be configured. This URL will be loaded (via an HTTP GET request) each time an emergency is triggered on the Box.

This feature is in addition to the emergency management features of the Vivi solution.

For example, the URL could connect to a control box to turn on the Display and set them to the right source so that emergency details can be seen.

To change the emergency management integration settings:

  • Select the "Integration Settings" link in the Web Console.
  • Add the "Emergency URL Hook" address.
  • Save the changes.

To test the setting, an emergency needs to be triggered via the Vivi App.
