Prerequisites

  • Users will need to have the Emergency Authorised role

  • The following must be enabled in Features tab of your Organisation’s settings in Vivi Central.

Multiple Message Announcements can be displayed, in which case each Message announcement will be displayed for 15 seconds on a loop.

Emergency Message Announcement History

A history of messages sent for the current emergency is available in the Message History tab.

Stopping Emergency Message Announcements

An Emergency Authorised User can stop individual messages or disable all messages from being displayed via this tab.

Cancelling active messages does not delete the message history. All messages sent during an emergency will remain available for review if needed.
