Cancelling an Emergency
An emergency can be cancelled in one of the following ways:
In the Vivi app by the user who triggered it, by connecting to a room where the emergency is currently happening and selecting Manage Emergency from the pop-up. See the Teacher Guide for instructions.
By an IT Admin under the Emergencies tab in Vivi Central
By an emergency warden clicking the Cancel Emergency link in the email received after the emergency has been triggered.
Cancelling an Emergency via Vivi Central
IT Admins have access to cancel to any Emergencies within their organisation.
To cancel an emergency:
Go to the Emergencies menu in Vivi Central.
Select an active emergency from the Emergencies list.
Click the Cancel Emergency button in the top-right corner and OK to confirm the cancellation
Cancelling an Emergency via Emergency Warden Email
Emergency Notification emails are sent out to configured Warden Email Addresses
An emergency can be cancelled by clicking the Cancel the emergency link in this email.
