To sideload Vivi Display onto a Promethean Panel, please follow these steps.

Prerequisites

If you are not using Radix or any other MDM, then you will need to enable the ability to sideload applications to your panel.

  • Log in to your Promethean One account online.

  • Go to your ‘Apps’ at the top and select 'Admin Tools'.

  • Select the panel/s on which you want to install Vivi Display.

  • Under ‘Device Settings’, turn on the option to ‘Allow apps to be installed (side loading)’ on panel and click Save.

Sideload Vivi Display

  • Copy the Vivi Anywhere APK file over to a portable USB storage device

  • Plug the portable USB storage device into the USB port of your Promethean Panel

  • On the Promethean Panel, navigate to Applications > Files and locate the portable USB storage device

  1. Double tap on the Vivi Anywhere APK and you will be prompted to install the application

  • You will then be prompted that the file has be installed correctly

  • Once installed, locate the Vivi Anywhere app in you applications menu and double tap to launch it
