Once you have completed the Download and Install steps, you can now move on to activating your Vivi Display license.
New Customers
Open the Vivi Display app on your panel.
Scan the QR code on the top right of the screen. You will be taken to the page below where you are required to enter your email address.
You will be emailed instructions with your new username and password as well as a link the the Vivi app if you don’t already have this on your device or an option to continue on to use the Vivi Web App.
This email will also be sent to a Vivi Sales Representative who will contact you about your evaluation.
You can now begin to use your Vivi Display evaluation!
Existing Customers
Open the Vivi Display app on your panel.
Scan the QR code on the top right of the screen with a device that has the Vivi application installed. You will be taken to the page below. Select ‘Open Vivi’.
Once the Vivi app launches on your device, a room will be automatically created in your organisation. The room name will contain the last 6 characters of your license key.
On the Panel, you will now see the newly created room and name as well as your Organisation splash screen
On your device where you have the Vivi app installed, you will see the newly created room under the ‘Other Rooms’ location. Once you click on the room, you can connect to it as normal and begin using Vivi Display!
