Room Combining

Separate rooms or learning spaces can be temporarily combined into one space with multiple Vivi enabled Displays.

To Enable Room Combining

  1. Log into Vivi Central using your IT Admin credentials.

  2. Click the Organisation section on the left panel.

  3. Click the Features section from the options along the top.

  4. Click the Yellow “Edit” button on the top-right corner.

  5. Tick the box next to the "Enable Room Combination" setting to enable/disable the ability to combine rooms.

Note: It is recommended that this feature only be used after updating all Vivi Boxes to at least firmware version 2.3.0.
