New Vivi Central User Roles

What's Changed?

  • Two new roles are now available in Vivi Central for IT admins to assign.

    • Technician: This role is designed for those responsible for the technical aspects of device management, including device configuration, firmware updates and device installation.

    • IT Helpdesk: This role is ideal for support staff who troubleshoot issues, manage guest access, and perform device reboots.
