To modify an emergency type:
Go to the Emergencies menu in Vivi Central and select Emergency Types. This will display a list of all emergency types configured for your organisation.
Find and click on the name of the emergency type you want to edit from the list. This will load the details screen for the emergency type.
Click Edit. This will allow you to modify the Name, Description, Default image and Style
To assign different images for different locations and rooms, refer to the Alert Image Assignment page.
Organisations can also modify the default emergency types, including the images that are displayed.
