Wardens will be notified via email and SMS of are notified about triggered and cancelled emergencies, including the exact location and originator of an emergency, via email and SMS.

They also have the option to cancel the emergency via a special link.Warden details are set link provided in the organisation settingsnotification message.

To register warden email addresses:

  menu in Vivi Central.

• Select

  the "Warden Email Addresses" link

  Emergencies from the top navigation bar.

• Click

  "Edit"

  Edit and select the Edit Warden Email Addresses… button.

• Add

  Enter the email addresses
