Service and Release Announcements

Vivi will occasionally send out service information to customers.

As the system is updated, customers will be notified via regular release announcements.

For any other important messages, customers will be notified by ad-hoc service announcements.

These are both distributed by email to either the primary IT contact or to any IT Admin listed in Vivi Central.
