ClickView Online (Legacy view)

Vivi integration with ClickView allows videos on the ClickView website to be streamed directly to the Vivi in your room. Users can access the ClickView website as they normally would, choose their video as they normally would, then simply select the desired room from the "Devices" button in the bottom right hand side of the player.

Activating ClickView

If your school uses ClickView, enable the ClickView feature as follows:

• Select the "Organisation" link in Vivi Central.

• Select the "Integration" link in the menu at the top of the screen.

• Click on "Edit".

• Tick the box to enable ClickView integration, and click "Save Changes".

Once the ClickView Integration has been selected and changes are saved you will now be able to sync your boxes between Vivi and ClickView.

1. Under the Integrations tab and the ClickView section there will now be a blue Configure link

2. With each Vivi box your organization has there will be a unique 4 digit pin which is used to add the Vivi box to ClickView
   
   

    

3. Log in to ClickView and under the settings in the top right corner of the window, there is a Devices tab. This is where you will be activating the devices
   
   

    

4. Here you can name the device on ClickView and enter in the 4 digit pin from Vivi Central
   
   

    

5. If done correctly the Vivi should appear in your list as online
   
   

6. Note that once you have an activated Vivi on ClickView it gives you the ability to automatically sync the rest of your Vivi boxes in Vivi Central. Highlight an activated box and the Sync button will be able to be pressed
   
   

Streaming ClickView to a Vivi

To stream ClickView to a Vivi:

1. Open the Vivi App

2. Connect to the organization and then the room you wish to display to

3. Click on Play Video Direct and then Press the orange ClickView button (this will only appear if the integration is active in your organization)
   
   

    

4. The Vivi is now ready to receive a video from ClickView. You can press the bigger ClickView button to take you to the website

5. Once a video has been selected press the small TV or Display icon on the menu bar of the video display
   
   

6. If all the steps above have been done you will be able to select Play on Device and the video will begin playing on the display
