Onedrive Integration

Click "Media" in Vivi Central and then the yellow "Add Media" button on the far upper-right of your screen

Click on the 'PowerPoint Web' icon and log into Microsoft OneDrive when prompted

Open

If your organization uses Microsoft Authenticator, approve the sign-in request then choose your PowerPoint slides

Select the refresh rate for slides and the transition interval

Once uploaded, click the 'Done' button. The file will be available in the Media Library

• You can also upload Web PowerPoint files directly through Add Content when adding items to new or existing playlists or signage

• OneDrive integration is also available for Multizone Layouts in digital signage

FAQ:

What if I want administrative staff to have limited access to change the slides?

If you give your admin staffer access to the PowerPoint deck on OneDrive, any changes they make will show up in the digital signage (default 3600-second refresh check). This can be set between 60-3600 seconds

What if I want to have a set group of slides for each area (Gym, Hallways, Cafeteria)?

Create a PowerPoint deck on OneDrive and put it as the first item in your signage. An admin staffer can update this deck daily, and it will push out to the specified destinations. This can be done for each area with signage specific to these rooms (athletic meets/events, weather, lunch menu for the day)
