Room Assignment

Rooms can be created within a location. This can be done via the Locations or Rooms menus.

To create a new room via the Locations menu:

• Under the Organisation menu in Vivi Central, select Locations

• Select an existing location from the list

• Click Create Room

• Enter a name for the room

• Click Create to create the room

The room will be created within the location that was selected.

To move a room to a new location:

• Under the Organisation menu in Vivi Central, select Locations.

• Select the existing location from the list that includes the room to be moved.

• Find the room under the location list and click Move.

• Select the new location from the Location dropdown menu and click Move Room to apply the change.
