Destinations
A destination is a set of locations or rooms where your signage schedule will be displayed, like a building or campus.
To view the Destinations page in Vivi Central, expand the Signage menu in Vivi Central and click on Destinations.
Creating a New Destination
Under the Signage menu in Vivi Central, select Destinations.
Click + Create Destination.
Enter the name for the destination and click Continue.
Choose the Locations and Rooms to add to the destination. These can be added by clicking the blue plus symbols.
The relationship between the locations and rooms are displayed, with each room appearing under its specified location.
Selecting a location will add all rooms within this location to the Destination.
You can also select one or multiple rooms under a location to be added to the Destination
Once you have added all the required Locations and Rooms, click Create Destination.
Modifying a Destination
Under the Signage menu in Vivi Central, select Destinations. This will display the list of destinations
You can change a destination's name by selecting the rename icon next to the destination.
To make changes to a destination, click on the destination name. This will bring up the destination's information, with the Rooms & Locations tab being the default view.
To modify the Locations and Rooms included in the destination, click the Edit Rooms & Locations button. This will bring up the Locations and Room window where you can adjust as required.
Click Save Destination to save the changes.
Deleting a Destination
Under the Signage menu in Vivi Central, select Destinations. This will display the list of Destinations.
To delete a Destination click the red bin icon next to the corresponding Destination.
