Supported Media Types

A maximum of 20GB of content can be uploaded.

Each Vivi Box can store 2.5GB of content at a time. Each Box will sync content for active Digital Signage schedules, and only holds the required media.

Supported image types are: jpg, jpeg, gif (non-animated), png.

Supported video types are: avi, flv, mkv, mov, mp4, m4v, wmv, asf.

Supported audio types are: mp3, wav, wma, m4a.

Image sizes must be exactly 1920x1080. Images will be modified on upload to fit this size.

Maximum image size is 10MB.

Maximum video size is 500MB. This applies to local video files, not to Internet video file links.

Maximum audio file size is 20MB.
