Soft Restart

To perform a bulk Soft Restart:

Under Devices in Vivi Central, select Configure Devices.  Your devices will appear below.  Select any number of them and click the yellow Restart button on the upper right

A pop-up will appear.  You can choose either soft or hard restart type:

Change the Restart Type to Soft Restart and click Restart.

Click Ok to confirm the restart.

The selected Boxes will immediately perform a Hard Restart.

Please note: The selected Boxes will be unavailable for a few minutes when the restart occurs.
