Creating Custom Emergency Types

To create a custom emergency type:

• Go to the Emergencies menu in Vivi Central and select Emergency Types. This will display a list of all emergency types configured for your organisation.

• Click Create Emergency Type

• Enter the emergency type details including:

  • Name of the emergency type. This name will be displayed in the Vivi App and must not exceed 35 characters.

  • Description

  • Default Alert Image. This is the default image displayed for the emergency type. It can also be customised to display different images in specific locations or rooms.

• Click Create to confirm and create the new emergency type.
