Creating Custom Emergency Types
To create a custom emergency type:
Go to the Emergencies menu in Vivi Central and select Emergency Types. This will display a list of all emergency types configured for your organisation.
Click Create Emergency Type
Enter the emergency type details including:
Name of the emergency type. This name will be displayed in the Vivi App and must not exceed 35 characters.
Description
Default Alert Image. This is the default image displayed for the emergency type. It can also be customised to display different images in specific locations or rooms. (please note: If uploading a new Emergency Image through this interface, you may need to wait a minute or so for the image to be processed before clicking “Create”)
Click Create to confirm and create the new emergency type.
