SSO Subdomain

You can create a Vivi Central unique subdomain for all staff to make it easier to log in to Vivi Central.

To set it up, you first need to have configured your AD with Vivi (available options can be found here: https://vivi.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SHUB/pages/174891)

After that is done, in Vivi Central navigate to Organisation > Authentication then press “Edit” in the top right-hand corner.

In the empty “Subdomain” text box enter your preferred name for your subdomain.

The subdomain has to be between 3-32 characters, alphanumeric and is case insensitive

Once this is entered scroll to the bottom and click “Save Changes”

You will now be able to navigate to <https://<YOUR_SUBDOMAIN>.admin.vivi.io> and use SSO to log into Vivi Central.
